Shorter lead times are not a problem as we run 24 hours per day. We utilize high speed vacuum resin dryers to boost our JIT manufacturing mindset. We serve a diverse range of markets such as aerospace, medical, marine, household, agricultural, industrial, and promotional products.

Whether your mold is complex or simple, we have the expertise to quickly have it running at top efficiency. Part handling robots are used whenever possible. We hand load inserts, employ secondary cooling fixtures, and perform other secondary operations as needed.

Our medium to small tonnage presses:

(2) 450 ton - shot size up to 3 lbs.

(2) 250 ton - shot size up to 1.5 lbs.

150 ton - shot size up to 0.5 lb.

110 ton - shot size up to 0.3 lb.

60 ton - shot size up to 0.2 lb.
